Under the order of the Georgian government, October 11 was declared a day of mourning in Georgia in honor of the memory of the victims of the collapse of a residential building on May 26 Street in Batumi, on October 8, 2021.
In connection with the day of mourning, state flags were lowered on all administrative buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs throughout Georgia.
